Commencement is a time marked with a ceremony in which grade twelve students they are honored by crossing the commencement stage. Your presence is a significant gesture of support and pride as our graduates embark on the next exciting chapter of their lives.

Info: Doors will open for general seating, and graduates should have arrived by this time for check-in and procession line-up to ensure a smooth start to the ceremony.

Commencement Ceremony Begins
Host: LOHS Fine Arts
Info: The commencement ceremony will begin with the procession of graduates. Guests and graduates will be welcomed by speakers, including Principal Mike Morison and special guests. Graduates will cross the stage in alphabetical groups: A-G, H-O, and P-Z. Enjoy performances by Lillian Osborne Fine Arts, including music, dance, and cultural celebrations.

Break Between Commencement & Graduates Gala
Info: Families and guests are encouraged to take photos, enjoy dinner, and celebrate together. Some students may also use this time to change into their evening attire. Please note that the Graduates Gala is not included in your commencement ticket and is exclusively for graduating grade 12 students and their registered guests.

Info: The Gala is an exclusive event for graduating grade 12 students and their registered guests. Students can enjoy hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and dance as they celebrate their achievements.
