Entry fee gives you access to the competition plus a weekend pass for FITxpo. T shirts for all and trophy’s for top three.

80/90/105/120/ open Men’s
Novice / inters
64/73/82/opens women’s

Weigh in will be 24hrs prior to the start time of your events. Location to follow.
Each athlete will get three attempts at both log and deadlift.
Your highest lift in both disciplines will go towards your KG total and placings.
Log will run first starting with the lightest weight class.
Once log is complete for all classes we move onto deadlift.
Lightest weight class first on deadlifts
After both events combined total of max lift for log and deadlift creates placings.
Suits allowed.
Grip tops allowed.
