Which category do you enter?
Beginner, you may have done a competition before but really your just starting out, warning if any beginners with huge numbers turn up I'll bump you up a category to keep things fair
Novice, you know the score,..if you've won a novice competition then this category isn't for you
Inters
if you haven't won an inters have you come 2nd and 3rd a few times does your log or deadlift still suck message me and we'll discuss where your at and if this group is for you or not if you hitting around 270 deadlift and a 120 log this is probably the max for this category without taking the pee!
Mens open your log and deadlift total score should be over 400 to start and no upper limit
Minimum weight jump will be 2.5kilos nominated in the log after each successful lift.
Deadlift will be 5kgs minimum jumps nominated after successful lift
We will only have 1.25kg plates, 2.5kgs and 5kilo increments

Head Refs wild card
If you enter mens 1 because you feel like you'll win, you score so high you beat the mens 2 3rd place score you will be bumped to keep the playing fields fair and challenging for all, you won't be bumped down if you enter a tougher category
Rising bar means everyone will get a chance at 70 kilos and if you want to go at 75 odds are you'll be up again very shortly after you've pressed
Once the log has left the pads that is when you have began your attempt, if the log touches the pads before a successful lift is given that is your attempt over.
If you fail your first lift you will be given another chance at a higher weight
If you fail your 2nd lift you will be given another chance at a higher weight of you have failed to score after 3 lifts your score will be zero
