Midweek lunch with LocLunch Barcelona! 🍚 🍴
We at LocLunch Barcelona try to offer different types of events in different parts of the city (sometimes even outside the city) so that people can join us for either a midweek or weekend lunch, a walk or cultural event followed by lunch, or afterwork drinks.
And we sometimes get asked by people visiting Barcelona if there’s a LocLunch event they can attend while they’re here. For example, Silvia Ortiz Miñarro, a financial translator and advisor, recently got in touch to see if there was something on at any time during her upcoming visit to the city. There wasn’t ─ but we've just organised a lunch so that she can meet up with local professionals! 😉
If you’re free on Tuesday 21 April, join us for lunch at Tosca del Carme, in the Raval district. We were there a couple of months ago, and it’s worth going back for the ambience, tasty dishes and good service.

* Our LocLunch events are for translation, interpreting, localisation and globalisation professionals, though we also welcome professionals from other sectors.

✳️ To help us with organisation, please register for a ticket.
✳️ If you get a ticket but then can’t make it, please cancel via Eventbrite or notify one of the organisers, to free up a spot for someone else.

LocLunch is all about meeting people and enjoying a fun time over a meal or a drink. We can chat about: going global, internationalisation, localisation, machine translation, human translation, international marketing, international business.
We’re sure you’ll meet like-minded people at our events. So let’s do some mingling! LocLunch is simple – it’s about having lunch or drinks together.

✔️ It takes place once or twice a month, the dates vary
✔️ It’s inclusive, so anyone with an interest in these topics can come along
✔️ It’s held at a central venue so that as many people as possible can join (we don’t have a fixed location)
