Experience race-day intensity the D1 way. The D1 Lake Travis HYROX Simulation Event is a high-energy, competition-style workout designed to mirror the structure and demands of an official HYROX race - right here in our facility.

Athletes will move through alternating running intervals and functional training stations that challenge strength, speed, endurance, and mental toughness. Expect rowing, lunges, wall balls, carries, running, and more. All programmed to D1 standards and coached for performance.

This event is perfect for athletes training for the upcoming HYROX Houston race, competitive adults looking for a new challenge, or anyone wanting to test their fitness in a motivating, community-driven environment. Our D1 coaches will manage standards, flow, and pacing to ensure an authentic and safe race experience.
