Join us at Semola for the third instalment of our Local Legends series, where we celebrate and collaborate the best local producers in the region. This time, we’re partnering with butcher and local legend Nick from Marrow for a long-lunch experience like no other!
What to Expect:
Arrive from 12pm and enjoy a welcome drink as you settle in or mingle with fellow guests. Nick will showcase his craft by breaking down a whole hog, offering a unique look at the art of butchery. Our talented chefs at Semola will then take over, transforming the cuts into a stunning 3-course feast, celebrating every part of the animal.
This interactive, long-lunch event encourages you to engage with Nick and our chefs, and enjoy the relaxed yet elevated dining space. Special drink offers will also be available to complement the meal.
