Weโre kicking off 2025 with the fifth edition of our ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ต, a series dedicated to celebrating the incredible producers, growers, and artisans that shape our local food scene.
For our first event of the year, weโre welcoming back Local Legend ๐ก๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ผ๐, an expert butcher based here in ลrewa with a passion for whole-animal butchery.

Arrive from 12pm and enjoy a welcome drink as you settle in or mingle with fellow guests. Nick will showcase his craft by breaking down a whole lamb, offering guests an intimate look at the art of butchery. While our chefs at Semola create a stunning three-course feast that showcases the beauty of nose-to-tail dining.
This interactive long lunch invites you to engage with Nick and our chefs while enjoying Semolaโs relaxed yet elevated dining space. Special drink offers will be available to complement the meal.
