Every Standup showcase is special to me. I do my best to curate lineups of exciting new comedy talent and regular standup killers who headline across the city and the country, all in a mix of different comedic voices and sensibilities so that there's guaranteed laughs from your whole group.
But this show is even more special than usual. Because every comedian on this lineup is one of the BABS Babes, our incredible improv house team! Matt Sigur, Preston O'ffill, Keith Hernandez, and Tré Walker (in addition to some of our other Babes) are also accomplished standup comedians, and headlining is the incredible, lovable, charmingly off-beat BABS Babe Laura Hugg!
⭐️⭐️Laura Hugg is a Chicago-based stand-up comedian, sketch and improv comedy performer, director and emcee. She has performed at clubs like Laugh Factory, Zanies, Second City, shows and festivals throughout the country, and currently hosts Keep Coming Back, a monthly comedy variety show about all forms of recovery, at the Lincoln Lodge and Laughs on a Hot Tin Roof.
