
Available every Saturday the Local High Tea at Opus Bar and Grill pays homage to Singapore’s multicultural cuisine with a refined high tea experience. Look forward to free-flowing delights from eight curated stations including a live-action station serving freshly prepared popiah and XO fried carrot cake. Classic Western favourites are also reimagined with local flavours such as the Curry Beef Marmalade Slider and Sambal Seafood Pizza. A true highlight of the spread is the dessert station with over 15 exquisite sweet treats including D9 Cakery specials such as their signature Blueberry Cheesecake Summer Strawberry Verbena Tart and Pandan Gula Melaka Pound Cake.
