There’s a new butcher in town.Before opening the fresh iteration of The Waiheke Butcher, Wade spent over a decade producing some of New Zealand’s most loved artisan charcuterie under the L’Authentique banner.
Now he and Lisa have returned to the traditions of the village butcher, bringing that same craft and care to their new shop in Oneroa.
For one night only, we’re teaming up to celebrate exceptional cuts and the wines that love them most.
Chef Rowan and the team at The Shed will serve a special set-course dinner built around these beautiful meats, paired alongside Te Motu’s estate red wines grown here in the Onetangi Valley.
