We are bringing Local Beer day back! This year we are heading to where you would probably rather be: NSW Northern Rivers. This incredible region has pristine beaches, ancient volcanic rainforests and a hell of a lot of dam fine breweries. We’ll be picking out some of our favourites from Murwillumbah, Byron, Ballina and everywhere in between. Local Beer Day is a celebration of local beer from local brewers at the best local venues across Australia created by Crafty Pint in 2024. Designed to inject some joy into the Aussie beer world after years of challenges, the aim is to bring breweries, bars, bottleshops and beer lovers together for the biggest celebration of local beer the country has seen.
Join us on Saturday February 22 as we take you on a beer tour through New South Wales’ Northern Rivers. We’ll have 15 beers tapped from the region spanning the whole beery rainbow. There will be barrel aged sours from Caldera, clean crispy boi’s from Spangled Drongo, some hop bombs from Seven Mile plus a heap more. To amp up the fun, we are bring back the Aussie Brew Shirt Comp. Just wear your favourite Australian brewery merch, snap a pic and tag us on the sociasls to go into the draw to win a selection of Northern Rivers tins to take home!
