Born in Silicon Valley, the Lobster Cup International has rapidly grown into a massive global fixture—and this year, we are looking for elite FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) teams to join our world-class off-season invitational.
What sets the Lobster Cup apart? We push veteran teams to their absolute limits by introducing high-stakes "rule twists" to existing competition formats. This isn't just about the robot you bring; it’s about testing your team's ability to adapt your engineering and strategy in real-time.
Now officially part of the massive Robotics Fair 2026 at the San Mateo Event Center, the competition attracts over a thousand participants, serving as a premier platform for international robotics collaboration.
