Lloyds CX National Trophy at Sandwell Valley Camping

Key Points:

• Motorhome and campervan pitches are available from Friday14th November. Arrivals should be no earlier than 5pm.
• Arrivals on Saturday 15th November should be before 9pm.
• All entrants & spectators should be off site by 6pm, Sunday 16th November.
• Entrance gates close at 9pm. No re-entry after this time is permitted.
• Pitches are charged at £15 per vehicle, per night + fee.
• Camping must be pre-booked. You will be provided with a proof-of-booking item via email that should be presentable (inc a printed copy in your windscreen if possible) at all times.
• Fresh water & sanitary facilities are provided throughout the duration of the event.
• Catering onsite will be open for the duration of the races only.
• Electrical hook-ups are not available.
• Camp fires / fire pits / non-cooking open flames are not permitted anywhere on the site.
• Well behaved dogs are allowed. They must be on a lead at all times & must be cleaned up after. You will be asked to leave the site if these rules are ignored. No exceptions.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the event starts. Cancellations beyond this date will not be refunded.
• Booking fees will be deducted from your refund.
