Join us for a relaxed retreat weekend on the North Wales coast, designed to help you slow down, move gently, and reset. Set in Llandudno, this weekend blends coastal scenery, mindful movement, and time to unwind in a friendly, small-group setting.
Across the weekend you’ll enjoy a balance of guided activities and free time, including coastal walks, scenic hikes, yoga sessions, and a relaxed wine tasting. Mornings start slowly with shared breakfasts, and evenings are unhurried - giving you space to rest, explore, or simply enjoy good company.
This retreat is suitable for all abilities, with no previous hiking or yoga experience required. Everything is optional and thoughtfully paced, so you can take part as much or as little as you like.
