Students will first be greeted by “Rain the llama” to pet and brush before entering the baby llama pen and have an opportunity to meet all the resident llamas after class! This toddler-friendly mindfulness & yoga class includes group guided movement, yoga instruction through interactive songs, games and stories and mindfulness activities followed by a guided meditation.
Class will be instructed by Pediatric Occupational Therapist & Certified Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher, Miss K.
*NO YOGA MATS PROVIDED. Please be mindful that class will be on grass so blankets or towels are recommended. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket or towel that you’re comfortable using on a farm ground.
