Join us at the St. Johns Garden Pavilion for a 50-minute full-body mat class led by Alivia Callaghan, starting at 11 AM. A portion of every ticket will be donated directly to Mott Children’s Hospital to support children with disabilities, helping cover hospital and physical therapy costs. If you’re unable to attend but would still like to contribute, a separate donation URL will be available. As a thank you for your support of both this event and the incredible children at Mott, all participants will receive a gift bag.
