Living With Loss is a free bereavement information event for those who have lost a partner or family member.
This event is open to anyone in need of bereavement support and is an opportunity to join with others in similar situations and gain valuable information that can help you through this difficult time.
Each session lasts 2 hours, including a 45-minute presentation, with a qualified bereavement therapist leading the session, offering insights into the grieving process and available support options.
Living With Loss takes place approximately every 6 weeks on a Thursday between 10am till 12pm at SML Poole (opposite St Mary's Church next to Poole Hospital), Longfleet Road, Poole BH15 2LP.
No need to book, you can just drop-in - we look forward to welcoming you. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
*Please note that on-site parking at the venue is limited but there is FREE 2 hour limited parking on the surrounding streets. Alternatively, parking is available in the multi storey car park at Poole Hospital (on Longfleet Road) – charges apply.
