👏About the Host:
Erin Hurter is a yoga teacher based in Sarasota, Florida, known for her creating welcoming, heart-centered spaces for people to reconnect with themselves. For the past five years, she has led free community class- Yoga By the Bay with Erin- every Tuesday and Saturday, sharing the gift of yoga with hundreds of students.
Her teaching is rooted in the belief that when we calm the body, we create space for the mind to reflect, grow, and set meaningful intentions. Erin's retreats are an extention of that mission- to support others in living with clarity, compassion and purpose.
