Now more than ever, it’s vital that we stay centered and truly choose how we want our lives to be. No, we can’t control everything. But we can set out to be the best version of ourselves. I want us to release the past, and set the table to welcome the future. I want you to feel down in your bones how your world can shift. I hope you’ll join me for a mini retreat focused on setting those intentions and crafting the life you desire. We’ll do some yoga and meditation. We’ll journal. We’ll vision board. We’ll let go of what’s not serving us to make space for what will. We’ll dive deep while relaxing with like minds and lay out the blueprints for a year of goodness-whatever that may mean for you. This is a way to really focus on YOUR desires, and make a map for your path forward.
I’ve hosted this event for many years, but 2025 seems especially important to really get to the roots. I hope you’ll join us. This process is one I’ve used for over a decade.
I’ll have almost everything you need for the day. To be comfy, bring your water bottle, your favorite writing utensil, and your yoga mat. I’ll provide all the tools you need, a tasty lunch, snacks, and more.
