This is an 8 week, 2 ½ hour a week Self-Management programme for anyone living with Fibromyalgia, delivered in Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre, St David's Park.Some of the areas we cover are:
• What is Fibromyalgia
• Dealing with fatigue
• Fibro fog
• Pain management
• Pacing and planning
This course is delivered by two lay tutors who live with or have experience of living with a long term health condition.
