Join Kaweah Health's Living Well with Diabetes Support Group. Everyone is welcome and support groups are English and Spanish speaking.These support groups offer opportunities to get free education and information on resources as well as support and encouragement. The monthly topics are peer-driven and selected to improve self-management skills for diabetes care.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
