In honor of Endometriosis Awareness Month, this special Living Well with Choices class is dedicated to education, empowerment, and support for those affected by endometriosis. Endometriosis is a chronic condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus, often causing pain, inflammation, fatigue, and fertility challenges.
During this session, participants will:
Learn what endometriosis is and how it affects the body
Recognize common symptoms and the importance of early diagnosis
Explore treatment options, including medical, surgical, and lifestyle approaches
Discuss nutrition, movement, stress management, and holistic strategies for symptom relief
Gain tools for self-advocacy and navigating healthcare conversations
This class provides a supportive space to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and empower individuals to make informed choices for living well with endometriosis. Whether you are personally affected, supporting a loved one, or simply seeking to learn more, this session offers practical knowledge and compassionate guidance.
This class is taught by Stephanie Huskins, NP, CNM. Stephanie not only brings her medical expertise and experience but also her passion for educating and helping women through healthcare. Stephanie works at Choices on our medical team.
Everyone who attends this class will receive a free gift!
