A series of interactive discussions, inspired by the history and heritage of the rule of St Benedict and exploring how lessons from the past can influence and improve the way we live today.This series will start with an exploration of the heritage of monastic Chester, in and around the Cathedral and 30 St Werburgh Street. Participants will explore how to be more grounded in daily life, more in tune with the environment, our community and within ourselves.
Sessions include tea, coffee, and pastries.
