Living Tea Meditation & Social bridges two ancient Chinese practices of working with tea for an uplifting experience of nourishment and connection.

Our experience will begin with a Cha Dao style tea ceremony, where you can expect to drink several rounds of tea in a meditative journey. Following meditation we will open up the space for sharing and connection, and introduce a variety of teas to taste and indulge your senses in a Gong Fu Cha style experience.

Cha Dao, often translated as “The Way of Tea,” is more than simply drinking tea. It is an ancient path of mindfulness, presence, and connection, rooted in centuries of tradition yet deeply relevant for our modern lives. Gong Fu Cha is a more socially oriented practice of preparing tea with precision and intention to allow the most delicious flavor to blossom through the tea. Living Tea Meditation & Social brings both of these beautiful practices together to curate an experience designed to allow you to experience the delicious flavors and medicine of tea, with a touch of meditation to nourish your mind, and a splash of social connection to fill your heart and soul.

You can expect to leave feeling clear, revitalized and nourished, possibly even inspired to develop a tea practice of your own. ?
