Stuart Watkins brings over two decades of experience in yoga, meditation, and embodied inquiry. He offers simple, effective practices that restore balance and coherence through movement, breath, sound, and meditation. Practical, spacious, and deeply human.
January Kultura uses sound as living medicine. Drawing from years as a multi-instrumentalist and sound healer, her approach is intuitive, relational, and attuned to the body’s natural rhythms. Sound here isn’t for performance, it’s a gentle guide for ease, regulation, and subtle re-patterning.
Together, Stuart and January create a space where prāṇa, vibration, and awareness can settle naturally. No fixing, no optimising just an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through movement, resonance, and focused attention.
