Join us for a supportive and insightful four-week experiential series exploring the foundational principles of The Nia Technique. This is a rare opportunity to enhance your understanding of your own body, fostering greater health, balance, and graceful aging!

What You Will Explore:
✨ Over four weeks, we will use guided discussion and awareness practices to reconnect with your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. ✨ Each session focuses on using Nia Principles to help you tap into your inner wisdom, ultimately helping to:
✨ Enhance overall knowledge of balance, flexibility, and vitality.
✨ Encourage healing and strength in your daily movements.
✨ Learn how to age gracefully by listening to your body.
Meet Your Guide:
This series is led by Gail Mongiello, who brings over 20 years of experience in The Nia Technique and is passionate about sharing the Joy of Movement.
