Children's Day Trip to Liverpool World Museum - £32 per child

Trip Details:
Date: Thursday 4th July
Time: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Meeting Point: Euxton Balshaw Lane Train Station
Age Range: 5 - 14 years
Supervision: 1 adult per 4 children
Lunch: Bring your own lunch, to be eaten in the museum’s picnic room
Itinerary:
Train Journey:
9:30 AM: Meet at Euxton Balshaw Lane Train Station.
We will start our adventure with an exciting train journey to Liverpool. This will be a great opportunity for the children to enjoy the scenic views and socialize with their friends.
Arrival at Liverpool World Museum:
Upon arrival at Liverpool lime street station, we will make our way to Liverpool World Museum, where a day full of fun and learning awaits!
Exploring the Museum:
The children will have the chance to explore various exhibits at their own pace, discovering fascinating facts and artifacts from around the world.
Natural History Department:
We will spend extra time in the Natural History Department and aquarium, where the children can learn about dinosaurs, ancient animals, and the mysteries of our planet’s past.
Museum Quiz:
To make our visit even more engaging, we will have a museum quiz. The children will work in teams to answer questions about the exhibits, fostering teamwork and learning.
Arts and Crafts:
Creativity will be encouraged with an arts and crafts session. The children can create their own masterpieces inspired by what they have seen in the museum.
Special Bee Exhibit:

Lunch Break:
We will enjoy our packed lunches in the museum’s picnic room, providing a relaxed setting for the children to refuel and chat about their favorite exhibits.
Return Journey:
After a fun-filled day, we will head back to the train station for our return journey.
3:30 PM: Children will be collected from Euxton Balshaw Lane Train Station.

A packed lunch
Comfortable shoes
A small backpack for personal belongings
A reusable water bottle
A notepad and pen for the quiz and pictures.
