• Current Project: Engineering assignment in Downtown for 6 months

Dubai is an incredible city, but the largest cost for anyone relocating is accommodation. Living alone in a decent, clean, and safe place is extremely expensive — even small studio units are heavily shared among many residents.

The Electro-Mechanical Engineer, who is well-educated, respectful, and has lived in Dubai for five years, has never shared an apartment before. This initiative was created to help him find one suitable, professional, and educated individual to share a luxury apartment with — someone aligned with ambition, discipline, and good ethics.

He is currently on a business trip and will return to Dubai in the first week of January 2026, and the plan is to secure an apartment together based on mutual agreement.

The arrangement is simple:

• You and the Engineer choose a high-quality apartment together (Downtown Dubai / Business Bay area — the safest, cleanest, and most central districts).
• The cost is split 50/50.

For example:

If the monthly rent is AED 9,000,
each person pays AED 4,500 / month.

For this amount, you both get:

• A modern high-rise building
• Gym & pool access
• Safe and clean environment
• Prime location
• High-speed internet included
• Utilities split equally

If you attempted to rent alone for AED 4,500, you would only find shared rooms with 5–6 strangers, which is not suitable for a professional lifestyle.
