Join us for the 4th Annual Live Well 5K Run/Walk: A Physical and Mental Health Movement. This is a family-friendly community run/walk for men, women, and children. Runners, joggers, and walkers are encouraged to come out and enjoy a healthy, fun-filled event while supporting a worthy cause.
Research has shown that running and walking have a positive impact on mental health like better sleep, stress reliever, improved self-esteem, sharper focus, and improved memory.
Your support will assist us in our efforts to provide scholarship incentives for high school students interested in furthering their education as well as support overall mental health/wellness in our chapter and community.
