About this Event
Caterina is the 13-year-old daughter of an unsuccessful philosophy professor and of a repressed housewife. Together with her family, she leaves the coutryside and moves to Rome. There, she begins to experience the city life, divided between the friendship with Daniela, daughter of a right-wing government official and Margherita, daughter of two left-wing intellectuals.
A comedy with a social and political background that highlights the emptiness of values of the young people shaken by the lack of certainties of their parents.
The film won two Nastro d'Argento awards and one David di Donatello award.
