Please join us on Small Business Saturday for our live portrait painting event with our favorite watercolor artist, Laura Wright. Sign up to have your live watercolor portrait done, this will take between 8-10 minutes. Bring an image to paint off of (preferred), dress in your favorite outfit, or buy something brand new from the Brass Horn Too!
On the day of please plan for your experience to take an hour. While active painting time is approximately 15 mins, Laura alternates working on different paintings, to allow paint to dry between steps. If you are unable to wait, painting can be picked up later. The cost is $40 per portrait and can go home with you immediately. You can also have your portrait turned into your own personalized stationery to be shipped later.
Laura is a local artist, living in Quincy, Illinois with her husband and two dogs. Laura loves fanciful shoes, jazz music and almost anything pumpkin flavored. We hope you'll be able to join us for this unique event. Think of this as a great gift for yourself, or to give someone else!
