Celebrated in memory of arts' advocate Marcia L. Bogash, the festival provides Maryland artists and emerging theater talent the opportunity to develop and promote original theatrical works.
Twelve orginial works will be staged, with each playwright incorporating their own group of actors, lasting 15 minutes each.
The audience is encouraged to provide feedback for the playwrights and there is the opportunity for all to discuss the works after all performances are complete.
