Growing up in tropical Larrakia Land (Darwin) in the Northern Territory, Emma has a unique talent for crafting quirky contemporary rock songs that combine hope, frustration and joy in a surprisingly complicated but completely relatable style. Emma has an impressive catalogue of support slots including performing with The Whitlams, Electric Fields, Amanda Palmer, Regurgitator, Frank Turner, King Stingray, Jebediah, Sara Storer, Big Scary, Rachael Leachar, and Christine Anu. They have also played at major events including the BASSINTHEGRASS, Adelaide Fringe Festival, Darwin Festival, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Aireys Inlet Music Festival, Royal Darwin and Adelaide Show and Carols By Candlelight Darwin.
Maili Clarke is an Australian indie pop singer-songwriter. Maili loves to deep dive into feminist topics and pour her heart out in her songwriting. Maili is inspired by the Australian indie music scene and international artists such as Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo and Gracie Abrams.

Join us for Live on Fridays The New Era: a Friday afternoon series where live music is hand-picked and curated by music industry legend David Spry. Audiences will experience Spry’s new music, alongside a lineup of local talent that celebrates First Nations voices, spotlights some established legends, and throws in a few surprises along the way.

Come for the music, stay for the atmosphere, and discover the sound of the Top End like you’ve never heard it before.
