New Spell is the moniker of Bay Area-based singer-songwriter Leanne Kelly who makes dynamic dark indie pop music. In artfully textured, lavish indie-pop songs, Leanne pulls from her background in psychotherapy to create poignant lyrics about the digital age, climate change, and the human experience.
