Welcome to Live, Longer, Better - North Herts! Join us on the 14th Novemeber for an exciting event focused on helping you find physical activity you enjoy to help you live, longer, better. Join us at North Herts Leisure Centre for a morning filled with physical activity taster sessions delivered by exercise instructors from all around North Hertfordshire. Explore our market place on the day filled with local activity providers and community groups, offering you local activities to join, health and wellbeing tips and even a few giveaways.
