WHAT: Join us for our 14th Annual 5K. The SG&B. Sausage Gravy and Biscuit 5K
WHEN: Thanksgiving morning (November 27, 2025) at 9:00AM. Registration will start about 8:15.
WHERE: 64 Letts Avenue Sunbury, Ohio 43074.
2011 we started this 5K at our home because we wanted to run a Turkey Trot, but we wanted to stay close to home and have it benefit our local community. The first year we had just a few friends (about 6 runners; more eaters than runners). In 2024 we were able to raise over $6400 in gift cards and cash that was donated to a local mom and daughter fighting cancer.
Start your Thanksgiving morning with a jog, run, sprint or walk. Then after come in and enjoy a home cooked sausage gravy and biscuit breakfast with HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS!

Entry Fee: As usual there is no entry fee. Like previous years we ask participants to donate gift cards, cash or check. We are still working through details of this years focus, but rest assured 100% of everything that is donated will go to a family or families in need. One aspect of live like Sid is keeping her memory alive by supporting people who are being impacted by cancer. Sidney would say GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, and we want others to know just how good GOD can be.
This race is truly about exercise, food, family, and fun. Most importantly raising money for families in our community.

Remember this is an event for the family. You can walk or run. We will have the 5K or the 1 mile loop. IF YOU WANT TO COME AND ENJOY WATCHING OR JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN WITH THE REST OF US, COME ON AND WE WILL FEED YOU TOO!
