Live in Create's Great Hall: Damien Liriano, featuring knockout performances from Damien Liriano, Zipper, Furrow Music and Sorcerers Stoned. Damien is bringing these bands together to raise funds for local mental health resources.Damien Liriano is a Dominican artist from Appleton Wisconsin, redefining alternative hip-hop and electronic music. His new album, [miabb] or mom i’m a bad bitch, is about loving yourself through all the bad, toxic, sad and happy moments in life. It’s a beautiful satire that explores self-discovery, while keeping the image of a “bad bitch” alive. Serving those values, this show will be raising funds for local mental health resources.
Zipper is a Madison-based Rock and Roll and Heavy Metal band. Formed in 2017, they've performed all over the place, from soaring psychedelic heights to grotesque and gnarly depths. Fast and loud. Antifascist.
Furrow Music is an R&B vocalist and dancer from Madison, Wisconsin, with Jamaican family roots and a sound shaped by pop-era icons and modern singer-songwriter energy. Growing up as the only boy in a large family, he credits his mother as his primary support system and the reason he finally began releasing music.
Sorcerers Stoned is a Steven’s Point-based pop-punk band that sounds similar to Sum-41, The Offspring, and the Chats. They've been a mainstay at local shows for over two years.
