Intelligence does not always help under pressure.
Highly capable professionals — leaders, consultants, coaches — often notice something strange.
They know what the right response should be. Yet in the moment of emotional pressure, the reaction is different.
Logic disappears. The nervous system takes over.
This happens because there is a structural interaction between emotions, nervous system responses and behavioural patterns.
Most Emotional Intelligence training never addresses this.
It focuses on communication techniques, personality frameworks or motivational ideas.
But emotional reactions are physiological, behavioural and cognitive structures working together.
Which is why I am conducting a Live Emotional Intelligence Demonstration in Mumbai.
In this 2-hour experiential session, participants will observe how emotional reactions are formed and how they influence decision-making, behaviour and leadership responses under pressure.
The session introduces the world’s first structured Emotional Intelligence development model integrating:
