Live Baltimore's Trolley Tour is for buyers at ALL stages of the homebuying process. You do not need to be buying a home soon to benefit from this free, in-person informative event.
At Trolley Tour, you'll:
- Attend expert-led workshops on the homebuying process
- Connect with real estate professionals and community organizations in the City Living Fair
- Explore 10+ Southwest Baltimore neighborhoods on a narrated bus tour
- AND become eligible to apply for $5,000 toward the purchase of a home anywhere in Baltimore City!*

*Your attendance at Trolley Tour qualifies you to apply for the $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore down payment and closing cost assistance incentive. Attendees can apply for the incentive from Monday, May 11, through May 27. Twenty homebuyers will be selected from a pool of eligible applicants on May 29, 2026, via a lottery process.
