- Bloqueador Solar is the solo project from Ulises Mariscal of Seattle art-punk group Tres Leches. Bloqueador Solar takes inspiration from Mariscal’s time as an artist growing up in Mexico City. Influences range from Porter to Café Tacuva to Brian Eno and Animal Collective. Mariscal seamlessly blends pop with experimental themes, making Bloqueador Solar sounds stick with you long after the set has ended
