Live Ambient Sound Immersion with Erin Meares

This live ambient sound immersion, hosted and performed by Erin Meares, is a restorative sound bath / deep listening session using original ambient electronics, a seven-piece set of Vietnamese tuned gongs, a 36-inch bronze Atlantis gong, Tibetan gong, nine-piece crystal bowl set, drone textures, resonant stringed instruments, and intuitive live performance.

The session blends the accessibility of a sound bath with the atmosphere of a live ambient performance. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and experience a slow-moving field of tone, resonance, texture, emotion, and deep listening.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else you need to be comfortable, as mats are limited. No meditation experience is required.
