Liuhebafa (aka lokhupbafa) is a form similar to taiji and is excellent practice for building strength and balance, all while mobilizing the spine and ribcage. It is an excellent form for health improvement. We will be focusing on the 2nd half of the form. No experience is necessary to attend and you do not need to know the first half.
Come out, learn a new practice, and have fun. Cost is $35 for Temple Terrace Rec Center members and $45 for nonmembers. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes.
