Join us for a playful and heartwarming yoga class designed for kids ages 4–9 and their grown-ups! Together we’ll move through imaginative yoga poses, calming breathwork, and partner activities that build connection and confidence. Expect giggles, movement, and a little mindful magic as we explore yoga through games, storytelling, and fun. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity, a water bottle, and a willingness to play.
