"Little Wars" is a ruleset for 'playing with toy soldiers' written by H.G. Wells in 1913. At this event you could be one of the officers in charge of moving the soldiers or just enjoy your tea while watching the game in your Steampunk attire. Rules will be taught. No experience needed.
