Join us this Fall for Little Swim Lessons in 3rd Ward!
Bring your kiddos to enjoy an exciting swim experience with Coach Jazz and Coach Kalvin starting October 7th! Our lessons are designed to be fun and engaging, perfect for helping your little ones learn to swim as school resumes.
Lesson Details
- Schedule | Tuesdays to Thursdays, from 5 PM to 7 PM
- Duration | 3 lessons per week, each lasting 30 minutes
- Student to Instructor Ratio | 5:1 for personalized attention
- Pricing | $75 for three lessons a week or try a single lesson for $35
Our lessons are structured by age groups, please be sure to register your little one in the current time slot.

Agenda
Week 1: Water Comfort & Basics
Info: Student will focus on water safety, submerging the face, and floating on both back and belly. Introduction to kicking and gliding through the water.
Week 2: Breathing and Arm Movements
Info: Students will learn breath control and exhaling in the water while practicing arm strokes for freestyle & how to combine arm movements with kicking to reinforce coordination.
Week 3: Breathing & Endurance
Info: Students will begin breathing techniques while swimming freestyle and focus on refining form. Build endurance through swimming short distances, emphasizing proper body position and kick efficiency.
Week 4: Swim Test Prep & Jumping in the Deep End
Info: Students will continuing to build endurance and swim for distance. Practice safe jumping into the water and returning to the wall. Practice to pass the swim test, including jumping into the deep end, floating, and swimming back to demonstrate skills learned.
