Little Sprouts Kids Yoga + Mindfulness (Ages 7-11)

LITTLE SPROUTS offers children ages 7–11 a chance to connect with themselves and with others through the ancient practices of yoga and mindfulness. It’s a lively, fun-filled 45-minute class that helps children build the skill of interoception—turning their attention inward to explore their inner landscape of emotions, feelings, and thoughts. Each class includes breathing exercises to support regulation, playful movement, and cooperative games that nurture relational awareness and collective care. We end each session with restorative rest and a gentle loving-kindness practice to nurture compassion for themselves and others.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY
To help us prepare thoughtfully and ensure the best experience for your children, we require pre-registration and pre-payment for all classes. Please register at least 24 hours before class. Because each session takes time and intention to plan, we are only able to hold class when a minimum of 4 children are registered.If fewer than 4 children are enrolled, we will cancel the class 24 hours in advance and issue refunds as needed.
If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please let us know at least 24 hours before class so we can process a refund and offer the spot to another family, as each class is limited to 8 children.
