Get ready to build the next generation of athletes! The Little Legends Workout, powered by Legendary Fitness, is a dynamic youth training experience designed to help kids move, grow, and have fun through fitness.
This high-energy session will focus on foundational athletic skills like agility, coordination, strength, and confidence, all in an encouraging and uplifting environment led by expert coaches.
And the fun doesn’t stop there…
After the workout, participants will have exclusive access to the rock climbing wall inside DICK’s House of Sport, giving them the chance to challenge themselves and celebrate their hard work.
Whether they’re just getting started or already active, every kid will leave feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired.
