The Little Island Carnival brings together local child-focused organisations, early childhood centres, community groups, and whānau for a day of play, connection, and discovery.

KOHA entry, with proceeds going towards Playcentre’s fundraising efforts.

This event proudly sits within EcoFest Waiheke 2026, supported by the Waiheke Resources Trust. Together we’re celebrating sustainability, creativity, and community care. We encourage everyone to bring reusable bottles, catch the bus with a short walk or ride a bike, minimise waste, and enjoy the day in true eco-warrior style. 🌿♻️

Many of our island’s child-focused organisations will be running kai stalls, games, or markets to support their fundraising efforts — so come along, eat, play, shop, and support local!
