The Geauga County Historical Society cordially invites your child to step back in time and experience the heritage of the 19th century during our Little House on the Prairie event. Hosted at the historic Century Village Museum, this immersive three-day program provides young learners with a unique opportunity to engage in authentic activities, hands-on educational experiences, and enriching historical fun.

Registration Deadline: May 1st, 2026 – no exceptions, no walk-ins

To ensure we have all the necessary medical and emergency contact information for your child, please follow these steps carefully. You must complete one form for each child registered.
Step 1 – Download the Form:

Step 2 – Fill it Out:
Complete all fields on both pages, including the Permission for Medical Treatment section. Save the completed document to your device. (It can be printed, filled and scanned, or digitally filled).
Step 3 – Upload & Register:
Fill in the required Parent/Guardian information below, attach your completed form (PDF, JPEG, PNG, or DOCX), and click “Register Now”.
Note for Multiple Children: To register more than one child, please register and pay only once. After you receive the email for the first child, return to the Little House Registration page to start all over. Ensure your cart shows the Parent Name, Email, Phone, Child Name, Age, and the attached form on the order.
Additional Information
Friend Requests: Please note if your child has a friend they would like to be grouped with. While we cannot 100% guarantee this, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Confirmation: If you do not receive an email from the GCHS office confirming your registration, please check your spam folder and contact us if needed.
