About this Event
There are a few gifts a child carries with them forever. A firm handshake. Looking someone in the eye when they speak. Knowing which fork to use, how to write a thank-you note, how to enter a room with confidence.
These aren't just manners. They're the quiet language of self-assurance and the children who learn them young carry that poise into every room they walk into for the rest of their lives.
This summer, Moon River Cafe is opening its doors to a select group of young ladies and gentlemen for a four-week journey into the timeless art of cotillion. In small classes led by a dedicated instructor, your child will learn the etiquette, social graces, and classic ballroom dance steps that have defined generations of well-raised children.
This isn't a lecture. It's an experience. Children practice greetings and introductions with real warmth. They learn the foxtrot and the waltz with a partner. They sit at a proper table and discover that a place setting tells a story. And on the final Friday of each week, parents are invited to a graduation tea where their child gets to show what they've learned.
Spaces are intentionally limited. We believe these lessons are best taught in small, attentive groups and we'd love for your child to be one of them.
